This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”). By engaging our services, whether through the provision of on-site works at your property or through the use of our proprietary software platforms and applications, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described herein.

Collection of Personal Data

In the course of our dealings with you, we may collect, record and process a broad range of information relating to you and your property. Such information may include, without limitation, your name, contact details, identification particulars, billing and payment information, property details, floor plans, photographs and video recordings taken in connection with the services, communications between you and our staff (including telephone recordings, chat logs and emails), technical data relating to your device or browser, and any other information which you may voluntarily provide to us or which may be lawfully obtained from third parties.

We may collect such personal data directly from you, from your authorised representatives, from publicly available sources, or from our business partners, contractors and service providers where such collection is necessary in connection with our business operations.

Use of Personal Data

We may use the personal data collected for purposes reasonably connected with the provision of our services and the operation of our business. Without limitation, such purposes include the scheduling, delivery and performance of in-home services, the provision of digital platforms for account management, invoicing, inventory tracking and other related features, the verification of identity and property details, the processing of payments and transactions, the communication of service updates, promotional materials, surveys and offers, the conduct of quality assurance and training, and the analysis of usage trends and patterns for the development and improvement of our products and services.

We may also use personal data to ensure the safety and security of our staff, clients and assets, to prevent fraud or other unlawful activity, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and for any other purpose for which your consent has been obtained or may be deemed to have been given under the PDPA.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Personal data held by us may be disclosed, to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose, to our officers and employees, to subcontractors, field technicians and service partners engaged by us to carry out works at your property, to third-party service providers who host, store, transmit or process data on our behalf, to payment processors and financial institutions, to professional advisers and insurers, and to any governmental, regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or transfer of business, personal data may be transferred to the relevant parties as part of such transaction, subject always to compliance with the PDPA.

Retention of Personal Data

We will retain personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. In many cases, retention is necessary to comply with statutory or regulatory obligations, such as record-keeping for Goods and Services Tax (GST) reporting to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), audit requirements, or other financial reporting duties. In addition, certain information may be retained for the duration of product or service warranties, to support after-sales service, to resolve disputes, or to enforce contractual rights. We may also retain personal data for a reasonable period where it remains relevant to our legitimate business purposes, including customer support, operational analysis and risk management.

Your Rights and Contact

You have the right under the PDPA to request access to your personal data held by us, to request correction of any inaccuracies, and to withdraw your consent to our use of your personal data, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Please note that a withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to continue providing services to you.

All requests and queries regarding personal data should be directed to our designated Data Protection Officer.

Security of Personal Data

We implement appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or other risks. Notwithstanding our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal data.
