Data Deletion Policy

Effective Date: 10 October 2025
Company: Repair Pte. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

This Data Deletion Policy sets out the manner in which individuals may request the deletion of personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”), and the circumstances under which such requests will be processed.

Right to Request Deletion

You may request that we delete personal data which we hold about you by submitting a written request to our designated Data Protection Officer. Upon receipt of such a request, we will review and process it in accordance with the PDPA and this Policy.

Circumstances Where Data Cannot Be Fully Deleted

While we will make reasonable efforts to comply with deletion requests, please note that there are circumstances where personal data cannot be fully deleted, including but not limited to:

  • where retention is required for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (such as record keeping for Goods and Services Tax (GST) reporting to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), audit requirements or financial reporting duties),
  • where retention is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims,
  • where retention is required to honour service warranties or after-sales support,
  • where retention is necessary for contractual performance or enforcement of rights,
  • where the data is contained in backup or archival systems which are not reasonably practicable to modify, in which case deletion will take place during the next scheduled data refresh or purge cycle.

Manner of Deletion

Where deletion is approved, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete the personal data from our active systems. In certain cases, data may be anonymised or aggregated rather than destroyed, so that it can no longer identify you but remains useful for statistical or operational purposes.

Acknowledgement of Consequences

You acknowledge that a request to delete personal data may result in the Company being unable to continue providing Services to you, whether in whole or in part. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such inability to provide Services following a deletion request.
